This very exceptional coffee bean comes from the Sidamo region of Southern Ethiopia. It has earned the rank of the best high grown coffee in the region. Grown at high altitude the coffee bean grows slower producing more complex flavours. Roasted to a medium level this coffee has taste notes of elderflower, lemon white grape and a buttery snap. Coffee truly elevated !
